Threshold Fields is an ongoing body of paintings developed through layering, erasure, gesture, and material response. Moving between stillness and intensity, containment and release, the works allow color and form to emerge without a predetermined image. Each surface becomes a perceptual threshold—a space where opposing forces remain active, uncertainty becomes generative, and sustained looking allows the image to continually shift.
